Having a roof over one's head tops the list of priorities of most people. Though real estate sector in India is going through a bumpy period, in tier II city Mangalore land prices are sky rocketing and are beyond the reach of the common people. With land becoming a scarce commodity owning a home of their dreams is still a chimera for most middle and lower middle class people in and around Mangalore. Most Mangaloreans are accustomed to living in independent houses and bungalows and therefore established builders and developers concentrated in promoting 2 and 3 bhk super luxury apartments. Naturally these apartments are beyond the reach of most people and many of them resigned to the idea of owning their dream home until RedBricks appeared on the scene.
